Missouri Republicans have a hybrid Midwestern-Southern feel about them, and they are one of the most extremist Republican parties around.

Describe a pro-choice Missouri Republican...who are they and why?

They exist, or did. My mother has a friend who was one until literally 2022, when she voted mostly-D for the first time in her life over the abortion issue. In 2020 she had a Trump flag and a Don't Tread On Me flag on a flagpole in front of her house.

Missouri Republicans have a hybrid Midwestern-Southern feel about them

I think a better way to describe them is that they are the most "pure Trumpist" state party in the country.

There's likely many but i’d say either a WWC voter who's not particularly religious and could care less about the issue (plenty of those exist in neighboring Kentucky) or someone who votes “R” either on economics or because that's how their family voted for generations.

Back in the 1990s, I knew and had conversations with a couple of Republican state reps from St. Charles County who were staunchly pro-choice. They were elected from districts in the western half of the county. But I have not been aware of any other Republican state reps from that county in the last 20 years who were and/or are pro-choice (unless they kept that view tightly under wraps).
