What percentage would a Republican candidate need in Hennepin and Ramsey counties to win Minnesota?

Based on some extensive number analysis, I think 32% is basically the floor (assuming a two-party race, although you could also just say 32% of the two-party vote if not), and 33% is where the DFL gets worried. But if it's under 32%, they ain't taking it.
