Does Jacksonville now have a non-partisan "jungle primary"?

Yes, as noted in the first paragraph of the OP:

The election is jungle primary style, round one set for March 21st with the top two facing off on May 16th.

I'll modify the thread title to include the dates.

Frederick Polls doesn't have much of a track record.  They had a poll in the GA-SEN runoff last year that showed a tied race, but IIRC their polls in 2020 tended to overestimate Democrats by a few points.
