SC for me too - used to be Louisiana, but now it is destroyed.  South Carolina has quite a lot of streetwalkers, I've read.  Interestingly the bible-belt has a lot more of those because of much higher poverty than the North, as well as warmer weather and perhaps less 'professional' policing.

The governors of Alabama and Georgia are great.

That is just plain wrong. Maybe they aren't as bad as Senator Creme De Mint or Tom "David Koresh" Coburn, but they are still bad Governors.
