This is an interesting idea. I would imagine Lincoln does currently import much of its energy from elsewhere in Atlasia as well as Canada. We do presently provide $60M in subsidies to solar, wind, and hydroelectric power companies which, in theory, should have massively increased the scope of green energy in Lincoln over the course of the last few years. More so, under the
Affordable Energy Infrastructure Plan, Lincoln does already have at its disposal an Energy Authority tasked with developing utilities and reducing power costs.
