Would this effectively legalize vote by PM?

Would this effectively legalize vote by PM?

The length of the election is 72 hours and I believe that is set federally. Not within our power to change. Similarly, standards for people being removed from voter rolls is a federal matter.

So all this does is gives people the option to pm me within the 72 hours rather than posting in the Lincoln Elections thread. Not entirely sure what the point is, since one would still need to visit the voting booth board to vote on any nationwide elections and obtain the Lincoln Ballot.

Is the intent with this bill to permit voting via PM?

I did not read this as a meta-changing law, just an in-game protection for mail voting.

I will scrap the legalization of private messages as an objective and just focus on the in-game protections.

Question, has the above amendment been adopted? It seems to have the approval of the sponsor.

No — a post in which CM explicitly said he supports adopting it would've been required.

The CM amendment — written by Wulfric, but since he's not a Deputy, CM counts as the 'sponsor' — is adopted.

A final vote on this bill has been initiated.
