This bill abolishes dress codes in the LGC, as well as in our region's state legislatures, allowing for legislators to wear practically whatever they want. After all, the outfits legislators wear have no effect on the passage of legislation or on any other functions of a legislative body — let's face it, the only reason dress codes exist are to uphold a standard of 'normalcy,' which is something that I've been fighting against for my entire time as a Deputy.
