How would this have impacted the election? Would Biden still be the Dem nominee?

Biden would not be the nominee.

One question would be when this would be confirmed. If it's after he chose Harris as a running mate, she would probably get it.

But I could also see it helping Klobuchar or Sanders, more because they had overlap with Biden supporters.

Trump would probably have won. Biden hit an electoral sweet spot no one else could.
