Things could change later in the decade, but these are the states that I think have a good chance of gaining or losing seats:

Gain: FL, ID, TX, UT, possibly GA or TN
Lose: CA, IL, MN, NY, RI, WI

Electoral College Map in 2032:

Basically agree, but I think a few less seats will change hands; it seems like in modern censuses you rlly only have about 15 seats switching at most cause as the country becomes larger overall, growth spurts become less powerful.

I'm still skeptical NY loses 3, but we shall see
