The Mr. Reactionary Anti-Surveillance Act
Section I - Title
This bill may be cited as Mr Reactionary Act
Section II - Ending The Nanny State
1. Would prohibit the enforcement of any law at the federal level that allows for warrantless surveillance.
2. Would prohibit no knock warrants
3. Would grant amnesty to any government official who’s a Lincoln citizen accused of releasing classified information unless the information threatened national security.
4. Would eliminate any frisking based off of protected classes and would prohibit the use of such from occurring if made legal.
Amends the Criminal Justice Reform Act to add the following:
1. Would end enforcement of victimless crimes, although it will set up an agency for those suffering from addictions
2. Increases police funding to open a new security task force that will respond and deescalate scenes of non-violent crimes.
Section III - Effective Date
This legislation shall take effect immediately.
