Ik the topline result for every district from educated guessing and some research of people who went out of their way to calculate close districts. But has anyone tried to dis-aggregate the 2012/2016 Pres PVI thing on DRA to get exact margins, given we know the 2016 numbers? Why can’t they just give 2012 data as a separate thing for all states like they offer in Kansas for some reason?
Also what’s the conversion between PVI/Pres numbers as it’s obv not direct and doenst seem like a direct lineah scale either.
Any help would be very useful.
