After DesJarlais or Rose? I feel like Rose's case isn't that bad (while DesJarlais' is one of classic GOP hypocrisy very similar to Herschel Walker's).

Srs question, but are there actual standards for congressional pictures? I notice on wiki there's a handful of members who use completely different backgrounds. Could someone hypothetically troll and like purposely do crazy hair, make a weird face, or even go naked?

When I was younger I honestly thought Dan Crenshaw's eyepatch was meant as a joke (if you notice he's also grinning in his congressional portrait). Then, of course, I found out he lost his eye during the Iraq War.

Pretty sure he was sarcastic in that last sentence. Of course you're bound to feel guiltier, but given that you didn't know the cause behind his eye thing, you don't need to. A mistake anyone could make. (Of course, if you go down the Pete Davidson route and continue to mock him - not that you would - that'd be truly horrible.)
