The 2012 gay marriage referendum almost perfectly correlated with the 2020 election. The exceptions were 2 rural Iron Range counties, 1 exurban Minneapolis suburb and one college town county south of Minneapolis.

Another interesting one is the 2006 CA gubernatorial and the 2020 CA affirmative action amendment. Arnold did win by a few more than AA failed but overall it was 15 and 17 points and the county map was the exact same interestingly.
