It'll likely be very staggered as some states are relatively easy to get precinct results for; the SOS office already compiles them in a nice format.
Some states are extremely difficult for a variety of reasons though.
First, you have states where precinct results are reported by individual counties, and never centralized. Counties can choose to report precinct results however they chose in many cases, so in order to get statewide precinct data, you have to get data county by county in a bunch of different formats.
Secondly, you have states that don't report early or mail votes back to the home precinct, meaning the best one can do is estimate. In 2020, most Kentucky Counties never reported by precinct at all because of the pandemic. Vest Team did their best to estimate things in places like VA, KY, and WV in 2020, but one can tell that something is up with the results in Prince Williams County Virginia, for instance.
