Bilingual Lincoln Children Act

Section I - Title
The bill may be cited as Bilingual Lincoln Children Act

Section II - Implementation
Public schools in Lincoln shall provide lessons of the following languages:
1. at least two hours of Spanish every week starting from fifth grade
2. at least two hours of French every week starting from seventh grade

Section III - Effective Date
This legislation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
