Some states don't report precinct results in full and block groups are the most specific we get in some areas.

Does that mean those states are actually reporting by block group, and it's not just modeled extrapolation from what data we do have?

Does that mean those states are actually reporting by block group, and it's not just modeled extrapolation from what data we do have?
I think so. It would be almost impossible to accurately model without that reporting.

Btw BRTD is wrong. The actual reason for this is that DRA uses Census shapefiles in their app, and there are a handful of states that did not sent precinct level shapefiles to the Census Bureau.
