Not terrible, but not good (both election results and turning a blind eye to Trump during his presidency). So it'll just be more of the same from the RNC. She should be gone but as a Democrat I'm not complaining.

Nobody smarter wants the job because someone smarter would end up getting removed for not co-signing idiocy like election denial and conspiracy.

They're not addicted to losing, they're just good at deluding themselves about how these elections went: "well we still won the House! Everything went fine! Why fix what isn't broken?"

They're going absolutely bonkers on the right-wing social media I follow; and many are even claiming that the RNC elections are rigged now, too. Which is honestly a lot more believable than most of their other election integrity claims, but you know what they say when you're always blaming everyone but yourself...

Elections under Ronna McDaniel

2017 - Democrats flip NJ-Gov, keep VA-Gov
2018 - Democrats make huge gains in the House, win the NPV by 8 points
2020 - Democrats flip the presidency and the House
2021 - GOP flips VA-Gov, keep NJ-Gov surprisingly close
2022 - Paper-thin House majority, Democrats expand senate majority

Only 1 good election cycle out of the past 5, and they're giving her the job again.

They say the insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting different results...

If McDaniel wins another full term after this one, she will be the longest-serving RNC head ever.

At least she's mostly quiet and stays out of the spotlight, and not a complete lunatic, unlike other past RNC chairs...

LOL, the GOP is sticking with a chair that presided over a terrible midterm result while they got rid of the dude that won them 63 House seats 2 years after being totally humiliated.

It's insulting for him to be associated with the real scary clowns in the GOP. You take that back!

The GOP as an organization is not serious about governing or even actually winning at this point.

People run for office, get destroyed and they are sacrosanct now and declared "leaders of the party going forward".

The Consultants who work for candidates, get paid insane amounts of money, then the candidate loses, rinse-repeat with no accountability.

Its become a money laundering and grifting operation.

As I said in a previous thread  DeSantis is gonna be asked by Biden is he gonna pardon any Insurrection or Trump and he is gonna flub that question just like he flubbed the Prez Ambitions in FL, debate everyone knows if  an R becomes Prez he is gonna pardon the insurrection that's okays well in the Southern Strategy but not outside that just like Ford pardon of Nixon was rejected

That's why polls showing DeSantis Approvals so high, premature and are in Southern Strategy, he needs three states MI, WI and PA, and VA not gonna happen,  just like Nixon was popular in the South but that is part of it pardon of insurrection that's why Rs will lose

If SCOTUS full of Trump judges rejected his 2020 case and are unlikely to overturn a conviction on an Appeal why should a GOP Prez get to Pardon insurrection

Why did Trump lose his 2020 because of his own Appointee ACB she isn't Souter but she isnt a Scalia type like Gorsuch and Alito and Thomas
