Oof, that needs further validation by more polls. But it's even before the Georgia debacle. I'm not sure DeSantis is ahead nationally at this point, though Trump's star is further declining by the day.

The thing is though that DeSantis has been hyped by everyone for a month straight with no answer.
Let's see what happens when Trump (and the other Republicans who enter the fray) start throwing punches.

Trump's already started throwing punches! (And I think DeSantis-hype has been ongoing since, like, maybe summer 2020; it's way more than a month old).
