ELECTROSHOCK THERAPY BAN ACT

1. The therapeutic use of electrical stimulation devices for corrective behavioral therapy, including but not limited to the graduated electronic decelerator and the self-injurious behavior inhibiting system is hereby prohibited in Lincoln.

2. The Governor, or a person or NPC of their choosing, is hereby authorized and requested to investigate the Judge Rotenberg Center in Massachusetts for the unlawful violation of constitutional rights.

3. This act shall take effect immediately.

Thanks to Mr. Reactionary for text. This commonsense bill will ban the use of electroshock therapy in Lincoln and investigate its current use.

Good bill, but Section II of LGC 9.14, the Neurodivergent Lincolnites Act, already did everything this bill would, including banning electroshock therapy and not just investigating the Rotenberg Center, but also immediately shutting it down.
