Cowards. Love him or hate him, you’ve got to give credit to MM for still staying on the forum despite all the crow he eats on a regular basis.

Politics certainly is not for the faint of heart, as they say

Oh we all make mistakes and I was wrong about many elections, but that's not at all a reason i would leave.  I've taken a pause or left for a while for other reasons, such as having to control myself, and realizing i need time away from the internet.

FF, because I'm doing that in 2024.

If I'm right...I'm still gone with The New Year.

Why would you make wrong predictions and then leave the forum? That’s missing out on half the fun.

I've left the forum for periods of time before, but not for this reason. More so to avoid toxic discourse. But those that leave for getting predictions wrong are probably too cowardly to deal with the fallout of their incorrect prognosis. It's better to admit one was wrong and have a sense of humor about it, which MTTreasurer has done, to his credit, for example.

I will exempt those who made bets to leave the forum over their incorrect predictions though. Considering that some (*cough* SirWoodbury! *cough*) still refuse to make good on that even after being incredibly cocky. It takes real integrity to be able to do so.
