paid leave goes down 52-43, despite Cruz and Sanders having a fist bump.

Do we have a list of Nays? Were Rubio and Hawley among them?

Rubio and Hawley both voted for paid leave and against forcing the deal. The GOP supporters of paid leave were Graham, Cruz, Hawley, Rubio, Kennedy, Braun. Manchin voted against paid leave. Hickenlooper, Merkley, Gillibrand, and Sanders voted against forcing the deal.
