Probably impossible to gerrymander more than 5 R-leaning House districts out of WA.

1 = Bellingham + San Juan Islands + northern Seattle suburbs
2 = Canada border (incl. North Cascades)
3 = Columbia Gorge (incl. Vancouver and most of the Tri-Cities)
4 = Pacific coast (incl. Olympics)
5 = Eastern Washington
6 = Central Washington (incl. Mt. Rainier)

7 = Kitsap Peninsula + Olympia
8 = Tacoma area + Outer South King County
9 = Eastside + Inner South King County
10 = Seattle proper
