I've been following along a little bit. This post omits what made Samoa's victory over England truly shocking, which was that Samoa had lost to England 60–6 in the opening round of the same tournament. International rugby league is normally pretty uncompetitive so it's nice that there have been some good games in the knockout rounds. In the quarterfinals New Zealand and Fiji were very exciting, and of course Tonga and Samoa.

The Kangaroos struggled against New Zealand but I imagine that they will win the championship easily just like always. None of the morning college football matchups look interesting, so I will try to tune in.
