Josh Stein can win it depends on what happens in KY Jeff ywon , so a moderate D can win in a red state in NC or KY even in a Neutral cycle

Plus Biden is back on the ballot on 24

Tossup with a slight edge to Stein but Robinson could absolutely win. I suspect Stein outruns Biden by 1-2, we’ll see if that’s enough.
