Sinema has decent odds of winning if her opponents are Gallego and Lake. Very easy to paint the far-left vs far-right vs centrist approach in that situation. Its like catnip for white suburbanites.

I'm not a fan of Masters but he's much better than the obnoxious Kari Lake and her lesbian haircut. A Lake Gallego race would be the most toxic election of all time and would give Sinema the golden oppurtunity to be the only sane one in the room and win.

The idea that people will hold their nose and vote for Gallego or Lake implies Sinema is a Gary Johnson tier candidate and Arizonans don't want to waste their vote. But when you take the two most annoying candidates from each party, all of a sudden Sinema becomes a viable option, get the McCain family's endorsement, and once she is viewed as an equivalent force as the other two, winning is suddenly in the cards for her.

You can keep on acting as if Gallego and Lake are somehow equal and it gets more and more ridiculous each time.

I'm still not entirely convinced Lake actually believes what she's saying. To me it still comes off like a total bit. She's trying to *convince* people she believes this stuff, but deep down I don't think I buy she actually believes it. She's essentially just furthering this caricature because she thinks it will help her politically imo

Sinema is an indy, but she's clearly also disingenuous and I don't think that crowd would necessarily buy into her schtick just because she's saying she's an independent.

Is this real and confirmed? What makes me skeptical is that the sound is so loud and clear. Usually from the distance this is filmed, you would expect their voices wouldn't be that loud without talking into a mic.

It's confirmed she was mic'ed. So I assume this was a planned and staged stunt by Lake.

I don't really know the context of this video, in which Tim Miller seems to catch Kari Lake on the side at an event somewhere or something - doesn't feel like it's an official interview. But this is the most clear I've seen anyone flat out call out an election denier to their face, and in general, just on their toxic policies. More people, especially pundits and journalists, could learn something from this. Tim comes from a clear place, it's like he's just a regular person who is done with Lake and is trying to get through to her for her to just admit that she's either a phony or that she's willingly playing a game here. More people should be called out like this.

Honestly, this video makes it even more clear to me that Lake does not believe a single word she's saying.

The wild thing is - as noted, she did spend some on digital advertising, and I'm still on her mailing list from before, so she has sent out a good amount of fundraising emails as well, so the fact that those are not producing anything should give her a clear sign that it's not happening
