It's over, sadly. Adam Laxalt isn't a better candidate than Joe Heck, it's just that 2022 is a red wave year and Nevada is trending rightward. I think Cortez Masto could lose by more than 5, though my prediction is 49-45 in favor of Laxalt.

Can't see anywhere if they polled in Spanish, but from the available information this appears to be the most methodologically rigorous poll we've gotten from Nevada in some time.

The Republican formula is simple.  You turnout as many of the 690,000 Nevada Trump voters as possible, and pick-off the 15-20% of third-party and anti-Trump voters that regret voting for Biden in 2020, as well as those people that didn't vote in 2020.  This poll indicates that Trump would beat Biden 48-47% in a hypothetical 2024 match-up, and the remainder consists of voters that strongly disapprove of Biden.  Trump ain't on the ballot and he no longer holds office, so Democrats will get nowhere making him the issue.  Similar to VA, those Trump Voters will come out in greater numbers than Biden supporters, and the remaining potential votes consist of people that disapprove of Biden.  All the top issues in NV favor Republicans.

That's the 2nd brutal NV poll coming out now... I'm moving this to Lean R. I'd be surprised if Laxalt doesn't win now. My prediction is 49-46%. Sisolak is also headed for a loss.
