No one knows what may happen far into the future, but in the foreseeable future, the only counties in this region with significant potential to flip D are Hamilton and Knox counties.

If Knox and Hamilton trend left at the same rate they have been the Democrats could win the 4 state senate seats in those areas maybe, not that that changes much overall.
