Note that this is not how I actually think 2008 will be, but considering how early in the season it is, I am reluctant to make any tossups. I have only made three: NM, IA, OH. NM and IA because of their closeness in 2004, and OH because of the massacre the GOP endured in the House, Senate, and Gubernatorial races there in 2006. The next update will be 7/1/07, unless an extremely important event occurs.
