Technically but it would be rather odd and not exactly in character. Either way having Smith in this district and constantly making it super competitive because of how s**t a candidate she is would probably be a liability long term so we aren’t losing much.

Yes, it’s possible.  That said, I have to think she’s got reason to be pretty confident she’ll lose.

I doubt she wrote these tweets which looks like a concession speech without confidence that she is going to lose, so probably Garcia has it in the bag, and both him (his "victory" tweet earlier) and Smith (her "concession" tweets today) know it

Occam's razor is that she just wanted to clarify (since there was confusion in the replies/RTs) that it wasn't a concession & that she hasn't yet given up on her chances but that they're admittedly pretty damn low at this point.

Chances are she's just sailing in the dark like the rest of us, knows what's been counted, and knows wat can't catch up at if she keeps gaining votes at the rate as the past two (small) drops. But they don't know what the rest of the vote looks like, so just like the rest of us, are just acknowledging the uncertainty favors Garcia.

Re: the AZ-GOV ultimate vote. Hobbs +1.0 sounds about right. She's been running about ~4.2% behind Kelly (oscillates between 4.1-4.3 depending on the dump), so I would expect him to end up around ~5.0  give or take, so for Hobbs I would think around ~1.0 give or take
