NYT is showing Hayes ahead with more votes for both candidates...Hayes with 123k and Logan with 122k.

No surprise from Trump, but just zero accountability. You gave us Oz, bro. Own up to your failure.
When has Trump ever done that? Like ever in his life?

Of course he hasn't. Long gone are the days of President Truman keeping a sign on his desk saying that "The Buck Stops Here".

NBC Decision Desk projection is now Rep 220 seats ± 10. (was 219 ± 10 an hour ago)

This apparently hasn't changed. Still R 220 ± 10

Blaming his wife for an endorsement he chose to make and double down on repeatedly is absolutely hilarious.

How do so many people still fail to realize this guy is a total moron?

NYT count has both of them above 120k, though?

And Hayes leading

It’s still extremely close and even a small batch of particularly R outstanding votes could flip it.

Does anyone have a good explanation for exactly what happened in New York?
Like why does it appear to have been a sizable red wave across the state while both Pennsylvania and all of New England were significant blue waves?

NY Dems did not have a coordinated campaign this year.

Did Dems have a "coordinated campaign" across the rest of the country?

Texas is really a mixed bag; love to see TX-28 and TX-34 as fools good, but Garza and O'Rourke still losing by 11 is pretty disappointing. Abbott and Paxton still outperformed, which is surprising to me.

It’d be really sad if Hayes lost for multiple reasons. Former teacher, representing Newtown, and it’d knock out the D House sweep in New England.

Yeah the worries about a supermajority while Evers survived seem exaggerated.  The Rs needed to sweep the table on all Trump seats, win 1 narrow biden WOW /Milwaukee seat and lastly win atleast one rural biden +7 seat.

Remember, boys: Real men make major political decisions and then blame their wife for her bad advice when things go wrong.

Damn straight!

For me it’s the upstate results that are most surprising considering the national picture. Dems took those races seriously and even I occasionally got ads for them down in nyc. Also these are areas where Dems are of the higher propensity base.

Long Island is less surprising though; culturally it has a lot in common with a place like Florida, and Dems base is very low turnout black and Hispanic pockets. Hochul was particularly toxic for this area and Zeldin was a congressman from here.
