TraFAILGar was right there though and arguably even better...

Still, I admire it!

Even Bill Clinton didn't gain Senate seats in 1998 (no net change). If the Democrats actually pull that off, it will be the first time since 1962 when John F. Kennedy was in office.

I swear, the amount of utter cretins the GOP nominated this year is mind-blowing.

Not sure where Oz has a path. These are the biggest votes out

Philly - 170K
Bucks - 119K
Montgomery - 91K
Chester - 58K

I believe a ton of those Bucks votes are also VBM as well, and at least 60K of Philly's are I believe. Oz has only been winning Biden/Trump margins among Philly election day vote.

I am very drunk, so all I will say is

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

As a fellow very drunk person, I wholeheartedly endorse this message. I was expecting the absolute worst and was surprised beyonf my wildest dream. I'm literally crying at the thought of Fetterman winning, he's so f***ing awesome.

On our mini-tour of the Philly suburbs, we'll stop by Bucks County, PA.  It's home to the extraordinary Ringing Rocks State Park.  Boulders that cover a giant expanse of the park actually produce musical bell-like tones when struck with a hammer -- I went during the Fall of 2020, again: highly recommended! Just be sure to bring a hammer.

Fetterman leads 52-46 with 63% of the vote reported.  Biden won here 51-47 in 2020.

When this is over, you should collect all of these in a separate thread for posterity (I'm serious).

This is crazy. Dems could potentially keep both the House & the Senate.

Wow, if true, that would be an EPIC failure for the GOP.

Better than expected but an extreme exaggeration

NBC Decision Desk says they will NOT be able to call House control tonight.

Did ANYONE expect this going in???

Definitely not me, I said the House was "probably a lost cause" several times. Very happy to be wrong and that things are still up in the air.

Honestly, I thought NBC would call a Rep House around 10-11 as usually happens. (That was before results started coming in of course.)

If Barnes is the only one to lose, we can still prepare for the rest of BBB to go through.

It appears Tonko also severly underperformed in his Biden + 20 district, only winning by about 10.

Even though she'll win, I hope Hochul does some introspecting because I don't think she had adequate responses to a lot of GOP attacks against her.

I always cringed when 270towin's House simulator had Maloney losing and Ryan winning, but that might actually happen.

Mayra Flores conceded!

LMAOOOOOOOOO. This is one I really have to laugh about. The Flores surge was so fake. You love to see it. She's also a QanonNut. She deserved to lose.

This. But, while I hate to be a killjoy, the fact that she ever had even a chance in a Biden+16 seat - while being a, as you said, QAnon nut - is pretty concerning. Still, she's lost now, which is good.

Imagine this election without the inflation.

Or a Trump 6-year midterm with Dobbs, double-digit House PV margin surely.
