Oh wow.

This is sad and pathetic beyond words.

Hopefully one day Republicans can be less awful and learn how to win everyones vote. 97-3 totals belong in Belarus....or North Korea. Not Michigan.

This is what happens when a losing party doubles down on their extremism and insults the voters who swung away from them. Beautiful

Indeed.
GOP is comitting a suicide by using trumpism and putinism like a revolver.

Zeldin will lose, but he's currently winning State Island by 34% with 88% of the vote in per NYT. That is an insane performance, I think shows how isolating NY Dems have been to some of these communities.

34%? Welp, still doesn't matter as far as the outcome's concerned (as I said earlier - Hochul will win, and the fact that there's even the slightest question about that is quite embarrassing) - even if Zeldin replicates that level of overperformance (impressive as it is), won't be enough to win statewide.

Thank you Northern Virginia for staying loyal to Democrats despite being very wealthy and not that progressive!

All the needle now at 230-205 in the House, when it was at 233-202 earlier tonight.

Down to 228-207

Anyone want to bet that there’s no way the Republicans are kept under 229?

Jefferson County, PA almost finished its count (90%) -- home to Punxatawney Phil of Groundhog Day fame.

Oz leads 75-23, Trump won here 79-20 in 2020.
Phil couldn't stand Oz's pill-pushing and he liked Fetterman's hard-nosed style. I know this because I talked to him!

With Wyoming, Lycoming, Forest, and Elk almost all in...it's pretty consistent that Fetterman is overperforming Biden in rural PA by somewhere around 3-4%.

No, it's a sign of how intentionally self isolating mid to Southern Staten Island is from the rest of the city.

Lackawanna County is 92% in.

Fetterman +16, 57-41. Biden +8 in 2020. This is the exact type of place that Fetterman wanted to outperform.

Damn it, I'm feeling the hopium right now. Please let Fetterman pull it out.

Fetterman will pull it out for sure, and so will Shapiro.

Oh wow.

Mine eyes have seen the glory.

So is the 2028 Democratic ticket Whitmer/Fetterman or Fetterman/Whitmer?

I'm not terribly familiar with midwestern politics, but is Shapiro not considered a good candidate on the national stage?

Remember when people were calling on him to drop out? Saying he wasn’t fit to serve?

I mean, barely anything is called yet, but I feel like it may, just may, be time to break out an old meme to describe the GOP's performance tonight.

The weird thing is tonight gives them a clear blueprint for success in Florida. Run DeSanctimonious and you almost certainly win bigly. Self-sabotage is literally the only reason to vote for Trump if you're an R primary voter, well that and his narcissistic fascist death cult.

VA-02 has a ton of vote out in still in Cheseapake and Virginia Beach, but isn't it nearly all mail in vote at this point? NYT is only expecting Luria to gain 3% districtwide from that?
