PA: The anti-Fetterman is the former mayor of a small, declining WWC riverfront town in Westmoreland or Washington county. The anti-Oz is
this dweeb, and like the actual Oz a carpetbagger, this time from NY. Safe R hold, despite the anti-Fetterman being quite right wing.
