The only way this would be possible is if both races go to a runoff, and in that runoff the dynamics completley change which I suppose isn't impossible, just unlikely. It'd likely require some relatively major event to occur that we aren't expecting.

I supposed Mastriano somehow outpreforms Oz in this scenario, which I wouldn't mind as I doubt the former has any path to victory at this point. DeWine still outpreforms Vance but not by that much; Vance and Fetterman both breath a sigh of relief. This is good news for Evers and Hoffminster as well, and bad news for Barnes and Beasley.

It's an R midterm and voters want Republicans in congress because muh budget but want some local Democrats to protect freedom of choice and free elections at the state level.
