If he does, it'll be after the midterms when Biden becomes a lame duck and he's no longer useful to Democrats. Right now he's too protected.

I don't recall seeing a single recent poll that says Democrats will keep the House. You're allowed to dream though.

No. Leaky agents thinking that there's enough to indict on is one thing; they thought the same about Hillary. Whether Weiss thinks so, & whether he & his AUSAs could actually then get a jury's buy-in, is just another matter entirely.
