Honestly, besides the fact that this is an R state, a D will never even have a 1% chance of winning when they constantly have like 3 Democrats running against 1 Republican.

I disagree Kennedy can be forced into a runoff with Mixon which would be detrimental to his Eday prospects in Dec runoff, Tier 1 WI, PA Tier 2 NC, OH, UT Tied 3 Warnock and Kennedy forced into a runoff of course it's a blue wall map but you separate them into tiers

LA-SEN is Safe R, as expected. Interestingly enough, Mixon was interviewed by MSNBC recently, and he's been adopting the generic Democratic position on abortion, slamming Kennedy for wanting to force women to carry pregnancies to term. Obviously, that position is out of sync with the opinions of Louisianians, who overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment in 2020 affirming that there is no right to an abortion in the state's constitution.
