Trafalgar has been very bad in CA, but based on his performance in the primary, I would not be shocked if Costa was held to single digits, and he's much more likely to lose than Julia Brownley

Big talk from the polling firm that claims Tish James is trailing the Republican sacrificial lamb in the New York AG's race

For the record the primary vote by party in CA-21 was Dem 57 - Rep 43. In Top 2 primary states the total primary vote is the best poll you will get.

Costa just barely hung on in 2014. The Central Valley can be friendly to Republicans occasionally. No reason to think this seat is competitive, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was within 10.

Biden+23 too. This would be like Democrats being within striking distance in Darin LaHood's district. Patently absurd.

Trafalgar being able to complete a poll of 500+ voters in a single Congressional district does not seem to jive with the methodology that Cahaly explained to those bloggers.
