Alright forget it then. Hold off on the attack until I place my other reinforcements later tonight.

(I didn't really think it mattered becasue my other reinforcements had nothing to do with that one attack.)

It is correct that you must deploy all reinforcements at the start of the turn, before any attacks take place.

Alright guys sry for taking so long. This just so happens to be the busiest week I've had in a while. Whatever I do here people are going to be pissed or say I'm stupid. I've decided that simply driving up through states to NJ is not the best option. While I believe I could take NJ, it will leave my capital, and Ernest's both defenseless in the long run. Knowing the kind of cards that Colin can pull out I'd lose almost all the territory I would have gained in the next turn. That just doesn't seem wise to me.

Reinforcements: Place 2 in AZ, 2 in TX, 1 in NM, 2 in OK (from cards), and then place 11 in AR.

Orders: AR --> TN and await more orders

OK --> KS and then NM --> CO

This is such a tough decision here. Whatever I do not everyone is going to like it.
Well, you should be familiar with that situation by now. Grin

Reinforcements

Three cards have been traded in, worth 10 battalions.  The Oklahoma card is worth an additional 2 battalions, which have been deployed there.

Of the 16 remaining battalions, 2 battalions have been deployed in Arizona, where there are now 5 in total; 2 battalions have been deployed in Texas, where there are now 4 in total; 1 battalion has been deployed in New Mexico, where there are now 2 in total; and 11 battalions have been deployed in Arkansas, where there are now 13 in total.

Attacks

Arkansas invades Tennessee (Ernest) with 12 battalions available to attack, while 2 battalions will defend Tennessee.

MAS117 [12] rolls 3 dice: 6 5 2
Ernest [2] rolls 2 dice: 2 2
Ernest loses 2 battalions

MAS117 conquers Tennessee and places 12 battalions there, leaving 1 behind in Arkansas.

----------

Oklahoma invades Kansas (Supersoulty) with 2 battalions available to attack, while 1 battalion will defend Kansas.

MAS117 [2] rolls 2 dice: 5 2
Supersoulty [1] rolls 1 die: 3
Supersoulty loses 1 battalion

MAS117 conquers Kansas and places 2 battalions there, leaving 1 behind in Oklahoma.

----------

* General Supersoulty has lost control of the Plains region *

----------

New Mexico invades Colorado (Supersoulty) with 1 battalion available to attack, while 1 battalion will defend Colorado.

MAS117 [1] rolls 1 die: 2
Supersoulty [1] rolls 1 die: 6
MAS117 loses 1 battalion

MAS117 has been defeated, and Supersoulty still controls Colorado with 1 battalion.

Now that's quite some feat, going directly from MS to GA without taking a rest stop in AL.  Did you get your troops boxes of NASA brand adult diapers?

MAS, given that you already control Mississippi, I'm going to assume that you meant Alabama instead.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

So...you attacked everyone but Colin. Ok. Not hurting him and not putting up a defensive wall. It's gonna be hard for him to win now. Tongue

I think it's a combination of Winston Churchill and Winnie the Pooh.

Its from Robin Williams Live on Broadway where he makes fun of the recently revealed "fact" that some of Winston Churchills BBC radio addresses were acctually read by the guy who did the voices for Winnie the Pooh.

Last I checked that fact is in dispute, but its still  funny joke

New map:

General Colin Wixted, it is your turn.  You have 7 reinforcements.

+ [14 states ÷ 3 = 5 reinforcements]
+ [New England region = 2 reinforcements]
= 7 reinforcements

You get 2 battalions to go to Maryland; 18 for the two sets of cards; and 7 ordinary reinforcements.  So that's 25 in total for you to place where you want.
