Map making for the mentally challenged

Is there some US map of the states, or US map of the counties, wherein just by clicking on the state or the county it is filled in with a color of your choice, you know like Muon2's map of the counties he has visited, with the colors varying by the degree of the nexus? I know many of you do this for states.

I want something that is for idiots. IT is just not my thing. Thank you.

Some people just use the 270toWin map for simple state stuff. All you have to do is click on a state to change its colors:

You may need to wait for the admin to approve you (1 day max). But if you want to make many alternatives, mapchart is best
