Yep, and he will start to complain that he does not have a portrait and that Biden is blocking it, all the while claiming that he would never do such a thing.

It's just annoying that this one can't be uploaded at Wikimedia Commons for damn copyright laws. That has been the case with all recent presidential portraits because the artists aren't official employees of the US federal government. Unlike works by White House photographers, which are and subsequently their work is public domain.
