Section 2, AMENDMENT TEXT.
1. Public celebration, necessary for the morale of a free state, the right of the people to keep and set off fireworks during federally recognized holidays shall not be infringed.

1. The purchase, sale, and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons over the age of 21 during Federally recognized holidays shall not be restricted by any regional body of the Republic of Atlasia, but it may be regulated by municipal and county governments.

2. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from consuming alcohol.

I thought it was 19 in Atlasia?

Well I wasn't aware of that, anyways it should be noticed that the age was raised to 21, because after the Vietnam War there was a surge in drunk-driving incidents that were specifically linked to teenagers.

The evidence is clear, a drinking age of 21 saves lives, and this is why I'm even more disappointed in those who opposed this amendment.
