So imagine i would've voted a write-in vote, writing in Kamala Harris for president and writing in Joe Biden for vice-president, does that count as a vote towards Joe Biden for president?

I don't see why it would if you've written in Harris first, it would be unfair for the board of elections to count that as a vote for Biden for president.  A question I do have is if you write in Biden/Harris if that would be counted as a Biden/Harris vote or if it would go into the unsorted write-in category.

A very similar thing happened when a West Virginia faithless elector in 1988 flipped the ticket in their electoral college vote. It was deemed to not count with the other votes for that ticket.

It depends on which state you live in.

But in general, if a candidate is not a registered write-in candidate, that vote will not be "counted" for them and will just be reported under the heading "Write-ins" along with any other miscellaneous people who were written in.
