Uzbekistan for the cuisine. There's a sizeable community in Bustleton/Somerton in NE Philly and man is their food delicious.

Was going to choose Kazakhstan until I saw this post. Went to several restaurants when I was last in SF. Uzbek was by far the best.

Turkey.

Their government and politics are terrible at this point, but the country itsself is rich in culture. Also like Turkish cuisine and many destination places (though I was there only once twenty years ago).
