Still Lean Kemp until proven otherwise.

I don't trust Quinnipiac since most of their polls are either strongly Democratic or Republican biased.

What's interesting here is that Abrams 29% with White voters is actually probably nearly good enough to win, but she's losing 13% of black voters to Kemp. She needs to keep that <10%

The subsamples are probably too small to take that all too seriously, even if this poll wasn't questionable to begin with. I would expect her to get 90% or slightly more of the black votes. However, could still not be enough with getting a few points less of the white vote.
