patriot act- I am half and half on it, I can see why the gov't wants to do this in times like this. But the gov't should have limits on what they can and can not do.

united nations- It is a very good group, We should have let the UN help out more in Iraq

taxes/balanced budget- Flat taxes rate for about 15-20%, We need to have a balanced budget, cut some of the use less programs.

israel- I support Israel because of my religion.

Aborition, only for cases of rape, incest, and life and death cases

Gun control, Only for people who don't have a record. Make it where you have to be 21 to own a gun.

legalization of drugs- Only for medical reasons

school prayer- Yes, but the teacher should not lead it, It would be more like moments of silence

english as "official" language-english and spanish should be the offical language.

education- support school vouchers, Reform No Child left behind

esl- ?

how do you propose to get health care to all?
I don't think that is able to do, but I would cut some of the useless programs.. like War on Drugs, Aid to other countries and other stupid programs and the ones that teach spanish people english, because they would not be need anymore.

gays in military- Gay are americans too, they and be in the military if they want to. They can be open or not open.

gay rights generally (adoption)- Why not? they can raise kids. I might not argee with there life style but it is better a kid be raise by a gay family then some crack head.

immigration- I don't care, as long as they get a green card they are ok. If they don't have a green card ship them out no questions asked.

I love how Republicans use Christianity and various churches to futher their agenda.  They'll use the parts of their church that their values are in line with and ignore those that aren't convenient for them.  Pope John Paul II opposed to Iraq war, but there were many Catholic Republicans like.. yes.. Prick Santorum who were gung-ho about it.  I'm inclined to call the Republican party the "Selective Christianity, Ruthless Capitalism, and Military Party."

I don’t base any of my politics on religion. I am a firm believer in the separation of church and state. Religion should never be used to further a political agenda. I can’t stand Pat Robertson or Jerry Falwell.
