1972.

College: 2016
Home: 2020 (last voted D in 1964.)
Where my family lived when I was born: 1980.

I also technically very briefly lived in Cass County, ND (as a baby with no memory of it at all) which would be 2008.

For President, you mean?  1980.  Arlington county hasn't voted for a Republican presidential candidate since then.

For all other offices:

U.S. Senate: John Warner (2002)

U.S. House: Frank Wolf (1990 -this was back when Arlington county was still drawn into the 10th congressional district)

Governor: John Dalton (1977)

1984 - actually a bit surprised Reagan carried Seattle (or at least the county).

1956. I'm not even joking, and Ike only barely won it.

Current county: 1972
County where I mostly grew up: 1924
County where I briefly lived as a small child: 1988
Counties where I attended higher education: 2020 (last voted D in 1964); 1992; 1924; 1988

The two 1924s are in fact different places.

2020.  It’s voted Democratic 8 times in its history—the 4 times South Dakota went Democratic, plus 1988-1996 and 2008 (Obama beat McCain by a point).

1956, in the only contested election where all of Maryland's counties voted for the same candidate.

Of the five counties I have lived in, all of them went Republican in 2016 and all but one (Broome, NY) voted Republican in 2020.
