Newsom was at 56.3% after election night. Does his percentage go up or down from there?

Theirs 400k uncounted from LA county alone so definitely up

This, though I expect him to remain under 60%. Still better than Brown 2014 though.

I should of had a stays the same option. With most of the vote in Newsom is at 56.27%.
