British spin-offs of Indian cuisine are far better than the food that they actually eat on the subcontinent and there’s the truth of it.

This is exactly what my parents said after they spent a few weeks in India. Nevertheless, absolute freedom cuisine. One of if not my favorites with the possible exception of sushi, but a hell of a lot cheaper.

I will note though, while chicken Tandoori tends to be a big draw in a typical Buffet, I think it's overrated.

Next time you're in DaBurgh visit Taste of India in Lawrenceville across from Children's Hospital.  Best in town.  Smiley
