I love Naan bread, Biryani, Butter Chicken and Poppadums.

The traditional desserts from southern Asia can be pretty mega.

My favourite dessert is black rice in yoghurt from Thailand.

I get that and then dowse it in milk...... excruciatingly nice.

Butter Chicken - Free range Chicken thighs cooked in creamy butter sauce.
Steamed Rice
Onion and Fresh Chili Raita - Yoghurt with ground cumin, salt, pepper, sugar and diced tomato.

Red Wine: Pickers Hut 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tonight's Dinner

Plain Naan
Chilli Naan
Roman Josh Lamb - Diced lamb cooked in rich tomato cardamom North Indian style Masala sauce.
Tumeric Rice
Aloo Baingan - Cubed potato and egg plant cooked in Tamarind sauce with fresh herbs.

Red Wine: Coonawarra 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
