I'll go first:

Ronald Reagan:  Great sense of humor.
George Herbert Walker Bush:  Smartly handled the fall of communism.
Bill Clinton:  Projected empathy to everyday voters with ease.
George W. Bush:  Did a good job bringing together the country in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks.
Barack Obama:  His campaign in '08 was the best I've ever seen from a presidential candidate.
Donald Trump:  Defended "New York values" from slimy Ted Cruz.
Joe Biden:  Genuinely cares about people who are marginalized.

ok now your turn

Ronald Reagan: He's dead.
George Herbert Walker Bush: Raised a winner like JEB!
Bill Clinton: A real wily dog, he is.
George W. Bush: A few wonderful one-liners.
Barack Obama: Probably popularized some quasi-socialist values in a few people with his pandering.
Donald Trump: Sometimes hilarious.
Joe Biden: Is a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Fine:

Bush Sr:  Signed ADA
Clinton: Defeated the Reagan consensus
Bush Jr: Actually does have that "beer with" personality
Obama: Amazing oratory skills
Trump: A political albatross to his own party when in power
Joe Biden: Married a teacher

Clinton - presided over an era of unprecedented economic prosperity and American optimism.

Bush - led America with resolve in the wake of one of its darkest moments ever.

Obama - made millions of previously dispirited Americans believe in the promise of America and the hope for racial equality

Trump - remade the federal judiciary in line with a more originalist vision

Biden - routinely attempts to reach across the aisle and appeal to our shared American values (despite a frequent lack of success)

HW: Outstanding job handling the end of the Cold War, one of the best foreign policy presidents period of all-time.

Clinton: The economy was never better and may never be again than it was under him. His overall combination of economic, social, and foreign policies just hit the spot in a way few presidents before and certainly none after him ever did.

W: I sincerely believe his heart was in the right place, regardless of where his brain was...

Obama: Incredibly intelligent and eloquent, a larger-than-life kind of figure that will go down in history along with Lincoln and MLK as an incredibly significant figure, if more for the promise he represented than what he actually did.

Trump: He is a showman, I'll give him that, and about as good as anyone ever has been at selling ice to eskimos. Also has a pretty good taste in music, however bizarrely gay it might be. (He LOVES Elton John and Queen!)

Biden: Maybe the most decent man overall to be president since Jimmy Carter. He has a certain sincerity and underdog vibe about him that none of the last several presidents has had. Makes his gaffes almost endearing.

Dubya: Has apologized for Iraq. But seriously...he helped  depose a dictator (Saddam was vile and it's good he's gone, something we should all be able to agree on, though I obviously admit the Iraq War was more of a negative than a postive), and he has a good personality.
Obama: Moving oratory and Obamacare was a major positive. Also broke barriers by being elected, and called out rural voters for "clinging to guns and religion" (major FF move).
Trump: Hilarious sense of humour. You gotta concede that, no matter how much you hate him (and believe me, I hate him). He brought a lot of entertainment and humour and made debates in 2016 very lively, especially when compared to, say, their 2012 counterparts.
Biden: Stopped Trump from a second term. Moreover, has handled Ukraine very well.

Clinton: His vice president invented the internet.
Dubya: Disregarding what the government did policy-wise, it was a good thing that he spoke out against islamophobia and defended Muslim-Americans.
Obama: Inspiring biography.
Trump: When he didn't act like a crazy despot, he sometimes seemed quite relatable and approachable.
Biden: Defeated Trump.

As the oldest guy who is posting here so far, I'll be going back further than any of the rest of you.

L.B. Johnson: Numerous great achievements for racial justice

Nixon: Superlative knowledge of and handling of international relations

Ford: Appointed John Paul Stevens to SCOTUS, who, although too much of a judicial activist, was very reasonable and had some of the best skills at writing judicial opinions

Carter: Deregulation

Reagan: The best leadership qualities we've seen in generations

G.H.W. Bush: Expert handling of the Persian Gulf War

Clinton: Balanced the budget

G.W. Bush: Rhetorically, he said the right thing about the need for objectivity in appointing Supreme Court Justices; unfortunately, Samuel Alito is certainly not an example of that

Obama: Best communication skills since Reagan; very effective leader of his party

Trump: Even though he clearly didn't want to, he had the decency to vacate the White House on cue

Biden: Even though I voted for him, I can't think now of anything that I like or respect about him, so pass; maybe by the end of his presidency, I'll be able to think of something nice to say about him

Bush: Wasn't a dick to Petra Akwai.

Obama: He tried, and Republicans failed to repeal his one achievement.

Trump: As concerning as he is, he was occasionally fun.

Biden: It's a really tough job and he's doing his best considering the hand he was dealt.

Bush Jr: Aside from the whole warmongering thing, I commend the way he was able to unite the country after something as shocking as 9/11

Obama: His admin was, as far as I'm concerned, the first to be completely and unabashedly pro-LGBT

Trump: I loved his humor and charisma

Biden: Really didn't expect one of the most moderate Democrats out there to be so unashamed to support some rather progressive policy areas

Clinton: Loves head (relatable)
GWB: Was President when My Chemical Romance released their first three albums
Obama: Great orator who tried his best to do the right thing on most domestic policy issues
Trump: One of, if not the funniest person to ever serve as President
Biden: Made Donald Trump not the president anymore

Clinton: Signed CHIP into law.

Bush: PEPFAR is probably the best thing he did, flawed as it was.

Obama: Very good communicator and accomplished the most domestic policy objectives since LBJ.

Trump: NAFTA renegotiation.

Biden: I see a lot of myself in him, much more than the other presidents in my lifetime, even though he was way at the bottom of my list during the primary. I like presidents who are open and authentic about their faith and don't use it as a tool to marginalize people.

HW: Saw the end of the Cold War.
Clinton: FML was a decent achievement.
Dubya: Gave us good memes (honestly better ones than Trump.)
Obama: Moved the needle a bit in the right direction on healthcare and climate change.
Trump: Showed us the true colors of the Republican Party.
Biden: Showed us the true colors of the Democratic Party.

Reagan: "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!" was a good line.
George H.W. Bush: In hindsight he took the best move in regards to Iraq especially with the foresight to stop and not invade it which his son proved would be quite the disaster
Clinton: Didn't bungle the economic boom he had going.
George W. Bush: At least there's PEPFAR.
Obama: Got things moving in the right direction on healthcare and did a lot of reform for student loans, also ended the Iraq War and got bin Laden.
Trump: At least he supports the Covid vaccine unlike his supporters.
Biden: Good ambitions, respectful toward his primary opponents and ended the Afghanistan War and almost ended the drone bombings while showing strong support for Ukraine when needed.

Clinton: Family and Medical Leave Act
Bush: PEPFAR
Obama: Endorsing gay marriage. I think a sitting president endorsing the issue did a lot to speed up the movement
Trump: First Step Act
Biden: Withdrawing from Afghanistan

Bill Clinton: Handled Balkan conflicts well
George W. Bush: PEPFAR was probably one of the biggest life-saving policies enacted in modern American history
Barack Obama: Saved the auto industry in 2008/2009
Donald Trump: Pushed the GOP to [begin to] rethink its dogmatic commitment to free trade and large corporate interests
Joe Biden: CTC expansion was a big deal

Carlo Azeglio Ciampi: revitalized interest in the national anthem.
Giorgio Napolitano: more admirable than the political class who ended up re-electing him because "who else"; his work to transition the PCI towards democratic socialism in the 70's and 80's was very good (in theory anyway).
Sergio Mattarella: much more admirable than the political class who ended up re-electing him because "who else"; he was on the right side of the Sicilian DC infighting in the 80's.
